THE COMPANY
Starting Genie Service Company Inc. in 1976, Dan & Alice Carter have embarked on many business ventures over the years. Some of the businesses to include Genie Carpet Cleaning, National Car Rental, W. Richland Post Office and Uniglobe Travel Agency. All under the Genie Service Corporate umbrella.
Genie Tour Coaches was established in 1995 by Dan/Alice and Son Paul Carter. Over the years Genie Tours has grown by leaps and bounds now with a fleet of 10 coaches ranging in size from 7 large over-the-road deluxe touring coaches, to 3 smaller mini coaches for local tours and short distance trips. Now a days Genie Tours enjoys three generations of Carters with the addition of Paul's daughter Breonna, (you can see her with her dad in the upper left hand corner of every page), working as an onboard hostess or with her dad down at Howard Amon Park on weekends with the Segway business.
Tri City Segway was formed in the spring of 2007 by Dan and son Paul Carter, again under the Genie Service corporate umbrella. We felt that Segway guided tours and rentals would be a natural extension of the tour industry we were already involved in, offering tours of the local parks and Sacagawea Heritage Trail. We also felt these unique and innovative machines would be a great way to offer park visitors another fun recreational option.
